Firmly believing that every human being is created in God’s image, Trinity Presbyterian Church is committed to openness and inclusivity at all levels. We stand in opposition to the racism and systemic injustices that shape the lives of Black people in the United States. We grieve and are outraged by the deaths of the many people of color lost to racist violence. We share in the sorrow and anger and stand in solidarity with protests for justice for all. Black lives matter. Recognizing that the sin of racism is woven throughout structures of society including the church, we are committed to anti-racism, to listening to the voices of people of color, to spending our time and energy and resources to learn what we can and then to act on what we learn.
